Find out if you Qualify!

• You need to be a permanent resident of the US and Nassau County for at least one year.
• You need to provide documentation showing an annual income of approximately $38,000-$48,000.
• You need to provide an up to date credit report.
• You and/or family members or friends need to put in 300 hours of "sweat equity" volunteer services towards the building of your home or other Habitat projects.
• You need to agree to attend a "financial workshop". This is a 10 hour program which teaches the financial responsibility of home ownership and will be applied towards your sweat equity hour
